Gym Culture
So I have started going to the gym this week. I am proud of myself because I have been everyday so far. I just have to comment on Gym Culture. It is so entertaining to me. Where do these people exist outside of the gym? I never see them anywhere else. I didn't know where my ear phones where to my ipod on Monday, but turns out I didn't really need them because the people there entertained me plenty.

I have no idea what you are talking about. What exactly is a gym? I hear they are getting kind of popular. I'll have to see if I can get my lazy butt to one someday soon!
So true - no matter when i go to the gym, morning, evening, daily or once every other month (that is my current plan) I always see the same people! I swear that is all they do!
you are so good...i keep telling myself everyday, today is the day i will go. jake keeps saying, mom remember when i was 3 and we went to the gym all the time, that was so fun can we start doing that again?! and yes, gym rats are very entertaining!!
Ya, that's why I refuse to go to a regular gym!! I love Cottonwood Heights because most of the time it's like me and a bunch of old people. Sometimes I feel like I'm at a nursing home gym. It's great! Call me and we'll go sometime.
